Pricing and Requirements

Thank you for your interest in my calligraphy services!
The following is my standard, base pricing for envelope and place card addressing.
These prices are based on black ink on light colored, unlined stock. I charge extra for colored ink, or for lined envelopes (if I cannot use my light table).  These prices assume one full guest name (first and last name) on a single line, I will charge $1 for each additional full name added to a single line. These prices also assume the stock is suitable for calligraphic lettering.  (Not coated, no loose fibers, prone to bleeding, etc.)

Any Shipping/Handling fees are paid by the client.

Requirements
I require 15 working days, or three weeks, for up to every 100 envelopes.  All lists must be typed in label format - no spreadsheets. Please convert your spreadsheet to mailing label format before sending it to me. Clients generally email me their list(s) as a MSWord document. I also request at least 10% extra envelopes and a sample of the invitation. I have a $100 minimum.  Please proof read your list(s) before submitting them to me.  I will letter your envelopes just as they are typed.  If you would like assistance on how to address your envelopes, please see the resources available on my Envelope Etiquette page.

 I do not reserve space in my schedule until asked specifically by a client to do so.  Email me (carmelscribe(at)gmail.com) if you would like to check my availability.  I would need to know how many envelopes/place cards you need addressed and by what date you need them finished.
